I started back in September 2011. I was 186 lbs and I just started Nursing school. I decided to download myfitnesspal to count my calories (1200-1400) and I worked out about 4-5 days a week. I mostly ran 2-3 miles a day or worked out on the elliptical for 30 minutes.
Since January 2012, I’ve maintained my weight at 160. But now that summer has begun, I am continuing on to my next GW of 150 lbs!
My plan includes:
Monday - Wednesday - Friday
- Cardio: Run for 15 minutes
- Strength/Mix: Jillian’s 30 Day Shred
Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday
- Long run of 3 miles
- Walk for 60 minutes
